Now that our transaction on the sale of our home has closed, I thought this would be a good time to write to you to thank you for all that you have done for us over the past 12 years.
Over the years as you stayed in contact with us, I appreciated the fact that you kept us abreast of what was going on in the marketplace, both from an inventory as well as an economic standpoint. You were sensitive to our riming and financial restrictions. You always did such a good job of picking out houses for us, once we entered the market as buyers, which were perfectly suited to our style.
I think the thing which impressed both of us the most was your creativity and openness, based upon your years of experience, to doing whatever it took to put a transaction together. I am writing this letter in reference to our recent dealings with Linda Anderson in selling our house.
First, we were selling our home in California and we were living in Colorado. Linda had to handle the whole transaction long distance. She accomplished that with a lot of phone calls and faxes. Linda was very good at returning phone calls and kept in contact almost every day with news of what was happening with the sale.
Second, we were also using an attorney in the handling of this sale. Linda got along great with our attorney and always kept him in the loop and did whatever he requested her to do.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know in writing what a pleasure it was working with you last year on this. In the current housing market in the Bay Area, this sale was a very minor business transaction with nagging and wearying circumstances requiring special attention.
